DG-600 is a new type of weak anionic surface sizing agent developed by our company using foreign technology. The quality is the same as that of similar foreign products. It has the following characteristics:
* Compared with AKD type surface sizing agent, this product has medium and high molecular weight polymer, it has almost no sizing maturation period, and the sizing effect is obvious.
* The special cross-linked structure of DG-600 enables starch to form a better film on the surface of the paper, which can greatly improve the surface strength and water resistance of the paper, reduce the phenomenon of lint and powder, and improve the printability of the paper.
* It has good miscibility with direct dyes, acid dyes, fluorescent whitening agents, most anionic or weak cationic surface sizing starches. But do a compatibility test before use.
* Because DG-600 has good stability to hard water, there is less foam after mixing with sizing liquid, no precipitates, and no need to add defoaming additives.

DG-600 usage method and matters needing attention:
* Can be mixed with water in any ratio.
* It is usually used in conjunction with starch during sizing and pressing, but it can also be simply diluted with water and used.
* It can be added intermittently or continuously, but the continuous addition method has wide adaptability, and it can adjust the addition amount according to needs.
* During the drying period, the product is completely solidified, and the temperature of the drying cylinder is about 80℃ enough to solidify it.
* If the base paper has a low PH value, its sizing effect can be enhanced.
Safety and environmental protection
* DG-600 should follow conventional industrial production regulations in use to avoid environmental pollution. When the liquid polymer spills, it should be collected in an inert material container and removed by an appropriate method.
* This product is low-toxic, and it does not require special protection when used in addition to complying with general industrial protection regulations. In case of splashing or dirt, please wash with plenty of water.
* This product is limited to industrial use.
